Art Works Academy

By making a booking with Art Works Academy you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings 

​

Bookings can be made via this website or alternatively contact me via email: sara.artworksacademy@gmail.com or by telephone: 07711 483495.

​

Customers will have the option of paying via cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cash and cheques are payable on the first day of the art club. If the ‘Bank Transfer’ option is selected customers will receive an email containing payment information.

If your chosen club is fully booked your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will be contacted should a place become available.

Collections from after school clubs and workshops

Please collect children from the art club on time.  If the parent/guardian wishes for their child to be collected by someone else then please let me know by emailing me or calling on 07711 483495.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unfortunately sometimes cancellations have to be made.  If you have booked an art club and can no longer make it we can refund your booking if you let us know within 7 days of making the booking.  To cancel a booking customers can email me or use the contact form on the website. If a cancellation is made during the project time-frame then we are unable to give a refund .

If your child is unable to attend a session for whatever reason then we will be unable to refund the session.  We will try our best to catch up children who miss sessions but this may result in the project not being completed.

 

If for any reason a session is cancelled by us, for example due to tutor illness, then a refund for that session will be issued.

 

If a session is cancelled due to unscheduled school closures for example in poor weather conditions, or the school decide to cancel a session after bookings have been taken, then a refund for that session will be issued.

 

Clothing

I will do my best to ensure that your child’s clothing is protected from the art materials used, however we accept no responsibility for any damage to your child’s clothing before, during or after any our sessions.
